    1978  IAR-823/ SN-48: N348BA / Annual: 2 Feb 2011: 290 HP Lycoming IO540 G1D5 w/Hartzell 2-blade, constant-speed propeller.  TTAF 1013.9 SMOH:832.5 on engine.  Price "includes" a spare Lycoming IO 540 G1D5 engine and Hartzell Propeller with approximately 350 - 400 hours on them.  Garmin SL40 VHF and GTX327 Transponder.

HUGE load carrying ability.  5300 gross weight, 2200 useful load. Just like a DeHaviland Beaver, but with twin tails.  Same R985 engine as a Beaver too.  6 place. Can be configured with club or conventional seating.  Loads of cargo and baggage space.  Painted with PPG base coat clear coat paint. Fuselage already painted. A/C stripped to bare metal prior to painting and corrosion protected with acid primer then epoxy primer. New, tinted Plexiglas windows , hoses, and Ceconite fabric.
